to start with, i realize blog readers have expectations of reading new posts everyday me being an avid blog reader i know how true this is, if you dont post you lose viewers make sense. but i do have a readlly slow macbook from 2006 with one gig of ram that runs aperture 3 a program that needs like 4 gigs of ram to run normally so i edit slowly and thats why theres a delay in photos to blog and blog posts to viewers but i have this new post so i hope you enjoy.

oh yeah one other thing while i was typing this safari quit on me *mini panic attack* and i thought i lost everything, luckily wordpress autosaves as a draft as you work so i lost nothing
but now comes the positive the debanquet was last night (tuesday) a night of celebration of the events in the year that had just passed for the debate team. the food was “eh” so this will not be a food blog post
after everyone ate the night started off with the 4th annual spoof duo. if you dont know what duo is it an acting debate event google it theres millions of pages on it or youtube it to get an idea thatll work too. anyway the spoof duo pokes fun at other members of the team for memorable things that have done or ways they have acted that year its quite funny.

after the spoof duo was the westies if you watch the office it literally the same as the dundies but for our debate team they are just joke awards about people on the team for one again funny things they have done in the past year. unlike the office we do not have lots and lots of money so are trophies are pieces of paper oh well.

after the westies we get into more serious awards kinda like superlatives in the yearbook or something but more serious like best freshman best sophomore most improved i hope you get the point. these are awards we actually spend money on. they are plaques that are all engraved and such. (there was something here before safari shut itself down and now i cant remember what it said) sooooo….. heres a picture

the debanquet is also a night of goodbyes, there is only one more tournament after the debanquet which is nationals so this was basically our senior night some people teared up and by people i mean one person. but for some it is a sad night because debate was their life and its coming to an end highschool wise but you seniors will still flourish in college so enjoy it mike, priyang, isabelle, and the rest of you. you will be missed you helped the team out so much.

after all the talk people had me take about 100 pictures of them in groups but those wont be posted they arnt amazing pictures and i put little effort into editing them but as we were walking out there was a beautiful sunset needing a model i tell my friend erin to get up on a wall and pose making a gorgeous model in a yellow dress i was able to start an improv photoshoot that has turned into great pictures after post production. other friends joined in creating these two as the best photos
